Alex Gracia Says She Has ‘Amicably Parted Ways’ With WOW, Wishes Them Well
Alex Gracia and WOW Superheroes part ways.
WOW Superheroes announced in October 2021 that they would be returning this autumn with brand new episodes and AJ Lee returning to wrestling as a producer and color commentator for the brand.
One of the stars who was said to be a part of the upcoming new season was Alex Gracia. With a WWE tryout and AEW Dark experience under her belt, Gracia was going to be a part of the next line of “Superheroes.” However, that is no longer the case.
Gracia revealed on social media on February 8 that she had amicably parted ways with the promotion as she no longer feels like the group fits her career goals but she does say that she wishes them the best in the future.
“Starting today, WOW and I have amicably parted ways as I did not see them as a good fit for my current goals and brand. I wish them nothing but the best and I still plan to support the current girls who are there working hard to show you that Superheroes are real,” Gracia said on Twitter.
This WOW relaunch will also feature the return of Tessa Blanchard to wrestling television.
New episodes of WOW will launch in weekend syndication beginning in the fall of 2022, past episodes are expected to be available on CW Seed and Pluto TV platforms in December 2021.
