Report: Shane McMahon Booked For WWE Elimination Chamber And WrestleMania 38

Shane McMahon reportedly has premium live event matches on the books.

According to Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer, Shane McMahon “has a match on the books” for WWE Elimination Chamber and WrestleMania 38.

Opponents for McMahon have reportedly not been finalized.

McMahon made his return to the ring at Saturday’s WWE Royal Rumble, entering the men’s Royal Rumble match. McMahon entered at number 28, eliminated Kevin Owens, and was the second runner-up. He was eliminated from the bout by Brock Lesnar.

Prior to his return at the Royal Rumble, McMahon’s last WWE match took place at WrestleMania 37 where he was defeated by Braun Strowman in a cage match.

WWE Elimination Chamber takes place on February 19 in Saudi Arabia. McMahon won the WWE World Cup at Crown Jewel 2018 and defeated Roman Reigns at WWE Super ShowDown 2019 in Saudi Arabia.

WWE WrestleMania 38 is a two-night event scheduled for April 2 and 3.
