WWE Announces MVP Will Be Out Indefinitely With A Broken Rib
One-half of The Hurt Business is going to be out of commission for the foreseeable future.
Per WWE, MVP has suffered a broken rib and will be out of action indefinitely.
On the September 13 episode of WWE Raw, Bobby Lashley put his WWE Title on the line against Randy Orton. Towards the end of the match, MVP and Riddle were arguing on the outside when Randy Orton came in and delivered an RKO to MVP before he could hit Riddle with his cane. According to the report, this is when the injury was sustained.
Lashley would win the bout soon afterwards but would end up dropping the belt to Big E, who came out and cashed in his Money in the Bank contract. With his victory, Big E is now a Triple Crown Champion and WWE Champion for the first time in his career.
