IMPACT World Tag Team Championship Match And More Set For Victory Road 2021

Another match has been announced for IMPACT Victory Road 2021.

On August 26th, Willie Mack and Rich Swann defeated the IMPACT Tag Champions, Doc Gallows and Karl Anderson. As a result of their “upset loss,” The Good Brothers targeted Willie Mack and beat him up to the point that he had to be taken to hospital. Mack hadn’t been seen on TV until tonight, September 16th.

During this evening’s episode of IMPACT, Swann and Mack attacked The Good Brothers with crutches before being separated by security. Swann had been avenging his partner the past few weeks and begging for a title opportunity. Scott D’Amore approached the friends backstage and granted them a Championship bout at Victory Road on Saturday, September 18.

Additionally, Tenille Dashwood will face Taylor Wilde at Saturday’s event. The two Knockouts have been at odds since May when Taylor rejected Tenille’s proposed partnership/friendship. Wilde crashed the latest episode of All About Me, along with Rachael Ellering and Jordynne Grace, and talked the match into existence, much to the chagrin of Tenille.

Lastly, Scott D’Amore announced that Matt Cardona will face Rohit Raju in a No Disqualification match at Victory Road. Rohit hit Chelsea Green with a knee strike two weeks ago during their mixed-tag match and she has not yet been cleared to compete. Cardona remains furious and tried attacking Rohit and Shera ahead of tonight’s show. He will have a chance to settle the score in just two days.

Following the show, it was announced that Petey Williams, TJP, and Steve Maclin will face off in a triple threat match at Victory Road. Petey defeated TJP on September 16, but both men were attacked by Maclin after the bell. He and Williams have been feuding ever since he arrived in IMPACT Wrestling.
