Sasha Banks And Bianca Belair Miss 8/14 WWE Live Event Due To ‘Unforeseen Circumstances’
Fans in Charlotte got some unfortunate news.
WWE announced that Sasha Banks and Bianca Belair were unable to make the August 14 live event in Charlotte, NC due to “unforeseen circumstances.” The two were slated to face each other at the event.
As of this writing, neither woman has commented on missing the event. Both women were at SmackDown in Tulsa, Oklahoma on Friday.
Belair is scheduled to defend her SmackDown Women’s Championship against Banks at SummerSlam.
WWE is scheduled to hold a live event in Columbia, SC on Sunday, August 15. The status of Banks and Belair is currently unknown.
In other news coming out of Charlotte, WWE announced that the New Year’s Eve episode of SmackDown will be held at the Spectrum Center in Charlotte.
