IMPACT World Title Match To Kick Off The Show, TNT Title Match Set For AEW Rampage Debut On 8/13
AEW will kick off their new show, Rampage, with an IMPACT World Championship match.
It was announced at the start of the August 11 Dynamite that Christian Cage will challenge Kenny Omega for the AEW World Championship on Sunday, September 5 at All Out.
However, that is not the first time they will be facing each other. That distinction goes to the match that will take place at the start of the first-ever episode of AEW Rampage on Friday, August 13 at 10 p.m. Eastern Time.
What makes that match different from the match that they will have at All Out is that their match on Friday, August 13 will be for the IMPACT Wrestling World Championship. Christian Cage announced this to Kenny Omega’s face on tonight’s episode of Dynamite.

Additionally, Rampage will feature a match where a fan-favorite fights for a contract against the beast-like TNT Champion, Miro. That fan-favorite wrestler is Fuego Del Sol. Recently, Fuego was added to Cody Rhodes’ Nightmare Family.
I’m going to get a job and win the TNT Championship all in the same night! I’m going to take God’s Favorite Champion and make his night a living hell when I shock the world and win! It’s my time! #AEWRampage https://t.co/KJeeHBGtwR
