Kalisto Files New Trademark On ‘Samuray del Sol’

Kalisto has filed to trademark his old in-ring name. 

On July 9, Kalisto filed to trademark “Samuray del Sol” for merchandising purposes. Kalisto has owned the trademark for wrestling purposes since 2015.

“G & S: Art pictures in the nature of drawings; Printed posters”, “G & S: Beanies; Coats; Footwear; Headwear; Pants; Shirts; Shoes; Shorts; Belts; Bottoms as clothing; Jackets; Tops as clothing; Hooded sweat shirts; Long-sleeved shirts; Short-sleeved shirts; Sweat shirts; T-shirts”, as well as for “G & S: Action figures; Costume masks.”

Kalisto was released by WWE on April 15. He is scheduled to compete on July 31 on the same card as Andrade El Idolo vs. Alberto Del Rio.
