Dragon Lee Captures Ring Of Honor World Television Championship At ROH Best In The World 2021
Ring of Honor’s World Television Championship has changed hands.
Back in March at ROH’s 19th Anniversary Show, Dragon Lee was unable to compete due to a ruptured eardrum. As a result, fellow La Faccion Ingobernable member Kenny King stepped in and defended Lee’s TV Title against Tracy Williams. Unfortunately for the champ, his teammate lost the belt.
In the time since that event, Tony Deppen won the Championship and Dragon Lee got healthy again. They faced off at Best in the World and had a hard-hitting, back and forth encounter. The match eventually ended with Lee picking up the pinfall victory.
This makes Dragon Lee only the 5th person in the promotion’s history to have multiple reigns with the World Television Championship.
