Darby Allin Files Trademark On In-Ring Name

Darby Allin has filed for a new trademark.

On June 29, the AEW superstar (under Samual Ratsch) filed to trademark his in-ring name of “Darby Allin” with the USPTO for entertainment purposes.

Mark For: DARBY ALLIN trademark registration is intended to cover the categories of entertainment services, namely, wrestling exhibits and performances by a professional wrestler and entertainer rendered live and through broadcast media including television, and via the internet; Entertainment services, namely, live appearances by a professional wrestler and entertainer; Entertainment services, namely, televised appearances by a professional wrestler and entertainer.

It was recently announced that Allin would be taking part in Jackass 4. Inside the squared circle, however, Allin is set to face Ethan Page in a Coffin Match on the July 7 episode of AEW Dynamite.
