Brandon Moreno Returns To Mexico For First Time With UFC Title | Social Media Roundup
Brandon Moreno has returned home to Mexico for the first time since his UFC title win at UFC 263 — this and much more on Wednesday’s social media roundup.
Brandon Moreno returns to Mexico with his UFC belt
It is very fair to say that Brandon Moreno’s win over Deiveson Figueiredo at UFC 263 was the win that made him a superstar.
Moreno is an exciting fighter and extremely likable and he received a hero’s welcome when he returned home to Mexico for the first time since his world title win at UFC 263.
When Moreno landed back in his hometown of Tijuana, his family and friends were there to greet him and congratulate him as well as being serenaded by a Mariachi Band.

The reaction to Moreno’s win in Mexico was incredible as he is now the first Mexican UFC world champion.
Hopefully Moreno can have many more of these successful returns back to Mexico as he now faces the tough task of defending his belt.
One of TUF’s weirdest moments
TUF has produced many incredible moments since the show first aired.
From Forest Griffin and Stephan Bonnar’s war in season 1 to Michael Bisping winning the show and going on to become world champion, TUF has provided fans with many moments of madness.
One of the show’s most weird moments was when a fighter was pleading with a fellow fighter to hit him as hard as he could as he insisted he could not knock him down.
This moment is a must-watch, see the clip down below.

Daniel Cormier assesses Leon Edward’s options at welterweight moving forward
After his win over Nate Diaz at UFC 263, Leon Edwards was incredibly confident that his next fight will be against Kamaru Usman for the UFC welterweight title.
This was quickly shot down by the UFC president Dana White in the post-fight press conference where White said that Colby Covington is still the next in line for Usman.
Former two-division UFC champion Daniel Cormier has assessed Leon Edwards’ options moving forward and has said that the only fight which Edwards should consider other than a title shot is a fight against Jorge Masvidal.
DC feels Jorge Masvidal is the only fight Leon Edwards should even consider, other than a title shot.
