Raulian Paiva Scrapped From bout Against David Dvorak At UFC Vegas 27, Juancamilo Ronderos Named Replacement

A last-second change has been made to this weekend’s UFC Vegas 27 card.

Flyweight contender Raulian Paiva has been removed from the card due to a severe weight cut and undefeated prospect Juancamilo Ronderos has been named as Paiva’s replacement on just one day notice.

MMA Junkie was first to report the replacement while MMA Fighting was first to announce Paiva’s withdrawal.

It’s worth noting that Ronderos missed the 125-pound weight limit when he weighed-in, this morning and was fined 20% of his purse, but his bout against David Dvorak will go on as scheduled.
