NXT Viewership Climbs On 4/20/21, Rating Slightly Up
NXT viewership numbers and demographic rating were up for April 20.
ShowBuzzDaily reports Tuesday’s episode of NXT drew 841,000 viewers. This number is up from last week’s number of 805,000 viewers. The show scored a 0.23 rating in the 18 to 49 demographic, which is also up from the 0.22 rating the show drew last week.
Last week marked NXT’s official begin on Tuesday nights after running on Wednesdays since September 2019.
NXT finished 27th on the night among the top 150 cable originals. The show finished 8th last week, but were up against heavy coverage of the Derek Chauvin trial for the murder of George Floyd on news stations on Tuesday. The night on cable was won by The Situation Room on CNN, which drew 4.689 million viewers and a 1.10 rating in the 18 to 49 demographic.
NXT finished seventh among non-news channels on Tuesday night.
