Charlotte Flair vs. Asuka And Randy Orton vs. Braun Strowman Set For 4/19 WWE Raw
It’s a WrestleMania 34 rematch on WWE Raw.
WWE announced Charlotte Flair will battle Asuka in singles competition on the April 19 episode of WWE Raw.
Flair returned to Raw for the first time since March 8 this past Monday, cutting a scathing promo where she expressed her anger over being left off WrestleMania 37. Charlotte then attacked Asuka and Rhea Ripley in their Raw Women’s Title bout, causing a disqualification.
Flair and Asuka have battled many times as opponents and teammates. They held the WWE Women’s Tag Team Titles earlier this year. After losing them, Charlotte declared her intention to challenge Asuka for the Raw Women’s Title at WrestleMania 37. Unfortunately, Charlotte tested positive for COVID-19, was taken off television, and Rhea Ripley ended up snatching the opportunity for herself, winning the Raw Women’s Title at WrestleMania 37.

Also set for Monday night is the first-ever singles match between Randy Orton and Braun Strowman. The two men competed against each other last week in a triple threat to determine the #1 contender to Bobby Lashley’s WWE Championship but lost to Drew McIntyre.
They were both successful at WrestleMania in their matches against Shane McMahon and The Fiend, respectively, and will be looking to get back in the win column on April 19.

WWE is also advertising that Drew McIntyre will demand answers from MVP after McIntyre was attacked by T-BAR and MACE following his victory in a triple threat match where he earned WWE Title match against Bobby Lashley at WrestleMania Backlash.
Fightful will have live coverage of WWE Raw beginning at 8 p.m. ET on Monday.
