Bianca Belair Describes Her Early Challenges In WWE, Triple H Praises Her Potential

Bianca Belair details her biggest struggles in WWE and Triple H says that win, lose, or draw at WrestleMania, she will have a bright future in WWE.

Bianca Belair, the first African American woman to ever win the Royal Rumble, will challenge Sasha Banks for the WWE Friday Night SmackDown Women’s Championship at WrestleMania 37.

Bianca is one of the few names that was trained for professional wrestling solely in the WWE Performance Center in Orlando, Florida. speaking with the Tampa Bay Times, Bianca opened up about some of the challenges she faced when first entering the business.

“I think the most difficult thing for me was I feel like I was playing catchup in trying to learn the history of the business and the art part of performing,” she said. “I would say (the character Bianca Belair) is pretty much how I am, but just amped up to 1000.”

Triple H, the brain behind NXT, stated in the same interview that no matter what happens at WrestleMania, Bianca has a bright future in WWE

“It’s funny,” Levesque said. “Very shortly after she got with us, I was like, ‘It’s going to take a bit of time for her to learn to do this, but once she does, there’s no ceiling here.’ She’s got every tool. She’s got everything available, is humble, is hungry, and she’s going to be exactly what she’s becoming now, one of the biggest stars we’ve ever seen.”

Bianca and Sasha are hoping to be the headlining match of the first night of WrestleMania 37. You can read what Sasha has to say about that at this link.

Fightful will have live coverage of both nights of WrestleMania and all of the events throughout WrestleMania week.
