Christian has always had a burning desire to be the best worker of course whatever promotion he calls home. However, it took him a while to reach the main event scene in WWE.

Without a doubt, his biggest break in WWE came in 2011 following the retirement of his best friend, Edge, Christian would find himself as the WWE World Heavyweight Champion and engaged in a rivalry with Randy Orton that spanned the entire spring and summer of 2011 featuring many matches that fans still talk about to this day.

Randy would say that Christian was able to give Randy ideas which he then turned around and executed the way that Christian saw them in his mind’s eye.

“Christian is one of the best minds when it comes to creatively looking at a match and figuring out how to execute them. There’s stuff I’ve done with him that I’ve never done before or after because it was all him. I was able to execute his ideas the way that he saw them. I have to give credit where it’s due, he knows his shit.”
