Daniel Bryan Wants To Wrestle William Regal’s Son, Big E On Life After Wrestling | Fight-Size Update

Here is your fight-size update for Friday, March 26th, 2021:

Speaking with Alex McCarthy of talkSPORT, Daniel Bryan named some potential dream matches for himself inside of WWE including Pete Dunne, Big E, and the son of William Regal, NXT UK’s Bailey Matthews.

“I wouldn’t be where I’m at without William Regal. To me, I think that’s a really cool one. There’s also this idea of doing something with Cesaro, somebody like that,” he added. “Somebody where it’s like, ‘hey, we’ve grown up together, now we’re adults together. Let’s just do one big, cool WrestleMania match together! Let’s just throw it all out there!’

“Another one I’ve always wanted but I’ve never been able to do was Shawn Michaels. He trained me and I just think the story there would be really cool. “So there’s three. But I could throw out Pete Dunne, Tyler Bate, WALTER, those kinds of guys.”

Speaking with Uproxx, Big E opened up about his Our Heroes Rock project giving him a potential career path for when his time in wrestling is done.

“I’ve spent almost 12 years in WWE and I don’t know if I have another 12 years in the ring. So it’s been important for me now to give back to so many people who have blessed me and given me opportunities and I hope to do the same for others. I don’t worry too much about legacy in the idea of people praising me for what I did, I think that’s unimportant. But I know I want to leave a footprint that is positive and impactful and helps people. If I can do something, that when I leave the industry, when I leave this Earth, that has had a positive impact, that’s the goal.”

According to Dave Meltzer in the latest Wrestling Observer Newsletter, AEW has shown interest in bringing in Daga.
