CM Punk Hopes Bray Wyatt Has Forgotten Husky Harris’ New Nexus Initiation
CM Punk understands that actions have consequences and that is why he hopes that Bray Wyatt has forgotten all about Husky Harris’ initiation into The New Nexus in a past life.
Bray Wyatt recently returned to WWE after Randy Orton tried to burn him alive at TLC 2020. Randy Orton and Bray Wyatt have a complicated history. Once Upon a Time, Randy Orton was a member of the Wyatt family and he betrayed Bray Wyatt, burning the house that carried the spirit of Sister Abigail to the ground.
However, their run-in in 2017 is not the first time they had crossed paths.
In a past life, Bray Wyatt was known as Husky Harris and Husky Harris got his first start in WWE by joining the Nexus. Shortly after Harris joined the group, it was taken over by CM Punk who forced every member of the group to undergo a painful initiation to show their loyalty to their new leader. Ultimately, Husky Harris would meet his end at the foot of Randy Orton.
Bray Wyatt recently recalled this moment on Twitter while quoting the Joker.
In response to the tweet, CM Punk would say that he tried to warn Randy Orton that actions have consequences while also saying that he hopes Bray Wyatt does not recall Husky Harris’ initiation into the group (embedded above), believing it all to be water under the bridge.
I tried to warn him —- Randal never listened. Hope you don’t hold a grudge for that little whipping incident. Bygones and such… pic.twitter.com/dYMa4E5l66

Of course, CM Punk has not wrestled since the 2014 Royal Rumble but Renee Paquette, CM Punk’s partner on WWE Backstage recently stated that it would be a great disappointment if Punk never returns to the ring. You can read her comments here.
