WWE Universal Championship To Be Contested In A Triple Threat Match At WrestleMania 37
The Tribal Chief now has twice as many opponents to fend off at WrestleMania.
At WWE Fastlane, Roman Reigns successfully defended his Universal Championship but did it with a helping hand from Edge. With an unconscious referee, Daniel Bryan had Reigns in the Yes Lock, seemingly tapping out, but the Rated-R Superstar broke the hold with the swing of a steel chair. Earlier in the match, Bryan inadvertently hit Edge and this was his form of payback. Roman rolled over onto Bryan just as the ref made his way back into the ring and picked up the win.

Fightful’s Sean Ross Sapp has confirmed that the plan for WrestleMania is a triple threat match for the Universal Title between Reigns, Edge, and Daniel Bryan. This is something that they have been planning for well over one month now.
Bryan lost to Reigns at Elimination Chamber after just having competed in the gruelling structure. He then earned a rematch at Fastlane by beating Jey Uso in a Steel Cage Match on SmackDown on March 5.
WrestleMania is set to take place over two nights, April 10 and 11. It is not known which day this match will take place on.
