Paul Heyman Says Roman Reigns Doesn’t Think Daniel Bryan Is A Real Man

Paul Heyman offered a Fastlane spoiler.

Appearing as a guest on Talking Smack, the Heyman said that he expects the main event of WrestleMania to be altered by the result of tomorrow’s Fastlane event. According to the Tribal Chief’s Special Council, Daniel Bryan is going to get a beating so bad that Edge will be too scared to get in the ring at WrestleMania. Here was his full remark:

“Daniel Bryan is a hope. He’s a dream. He’s a prayer. Roman Reigns is where prayers go to die. What you’re going to find out tomorrow night is that Daniel Bryan’s prayer of reigning one more time as the Universal Champion at the expense of Roman Reigns is one prayer that God is not going to listen to. Because even she knows that Daniel Bryan is not man enough to tap out Roman Reigns.

Now, Roman Reigns doesn’t think that Daniel Bryan is a real man at all. See, a real man would have known that he cant beat Roman Reigns. A real man would have married both Bella twins. A real man would know his limitations in the fact that there’s no way he can take that championship away from Roman Reigns. But, all Daniel Bryan’s going to catch tomorrow night is an ass-whipping so severe that the Special Enforcer at ringside, Edge, is going to sh*t in his pants and he’s not going to want to step in the ring at WrestleMania against Roman Reigns. Edge is going to realize, ‘oh my God, what have I gotten myself into? I cant step into the ring with that. That man’s too aggressive. That man’s too vicious. That man is too unbridled. That man is too violent for me to step into the ring with.’ Then who’s going to step up? Because we’re going to need a new opponent for WrestleMania against Roman Reigns because Roman Reigns is going to drive two challengers away with one beating tomorrow night. That’s the type of man that Roman Reigns is.”

Daniel Bryan is scheduled to challenge Roman Reigns for the Universal Championship at Fastlane, with Edge serving as the Special Ringside Enforcer. The winner of that match will go on to face Edge at WrestleMania.

Fightful will have live coverage of Fastlane beginning at 3 PM PST on Sunday, March 21, 2021.
