Lio Rush Prepares For GCW’s The Collective By Learning The Way Of The Fist

Two new Lio Rush matches have been set for GCW’s ‘The Collective: Remix.’

In a new vignette released to his YouTube channel, the reigning AAA World Cruiserweight Champion and MLW Middleweight Champion prepares for what he calls the biggest week of the year in professional wrestling, WrestleMania week. In the video, which can be seen above and below, the Man Of The Hour pays homage to The Karate Kid and Cobra Kai, learning the way of the fist.

During the mini-film, Rush encounters Brody King, who asks him if he wants to die. He’s then told that Jordan Oliver is going to kick his ass at Spring Break before superkicking a man on a bus bench who calls him a douchebag. We next see Rush in a Dojo, training with his Sensei. Finally, Rocky Romero shows up and delivers an envelope, which contains a photo of Low Ki. Rush says he doesn’t think he’s ready, but then a hand is placed on his shoulder by Josh Barnett, who says that he will be.

In the description of the video, Rush promises “4 matches, one special week.” He also shares the times for Josh Barnett’s Bloodsport 6, where it has been announced that he will face Yoya, 44.OH’s rSpring Break, where he will face Jordan Oliver, and VxS, where he will face the aforementioned Low Ki. With three matches announced, Fightful will keep you updated when the final one is revealed.

Game Changer Wrestling is set to hold its Collective: Remix event in Tampa, Florida as part of WrestleMania week.

The event runs from April 8 through April 10. A full schedule can be seen here.
