Tony Khan Comments On Streaming Issues For AEW Women’s Tournament
AEW fans hoping that they’d be able to see the eliminator matches for the company’s women’s tournament on Sunday ran into some issues.
In addition to confusion regarding the platform in general, international fans were not able to watch. In response, AEW founder Tony Khan took to Twitter to announce that they’d be posting the matches on Youtube free for all viewers.
I’m sorry people had issues @BleacherReport’s international stream. I was promised multiple times by our partner that the Eliminator matches would stream in real time for free for all international fans. Since that’s not the case, I’ve just put the matches up for free on YouTube.

The show featured Thunder Rosa vs. Riho and Yuka Sakazaki vs. Ryo Mizunami in the tournament, in addition to a six-woman tag team match featuring Hikaru Shida, Mei Suruga, Rin Kadokura, Emi Sakura, Veny and Maki Itoh.
AEW has their next pay-per-view effort, Revolution, streaming on the Bleacher Report Live service on Sunday, March 7, where the women’s title eliminator tournament will culminate.
