TNA World Title Gets Reinstated, Mark Sterling Is An Interpromotional Lawyer | IMPACT Fight-Size

– After almost a year of Moose carrying around the championship, tonight, Scott D’Amore officially reinstated the TNA World Heavyweight Championship as an officially recognized title of IMPACT Wrestling. Moose defended the championship against Jake Something and tried to attack Jake after the match when Rich Swann came to the rescue. It was later confirmed that the two would meet at Sacrifice on March 13 for the IMPACT World Championship.

– Tonight, Mark Sterling made his debut as a lawyer on IMPACT Wrestling making him the only wrestler to portray a lawyer representing talents from multiple organizations. Of course, over the summer he was the lawyer for Maxwell Jacob Friedman in the build to his championship match against Jon Moxley.

Tonight, Sterling played the lawyer of Brian Myers and while he successfully got Myers out of the match against Eddie Edwards tonight, next week Brian must fight Eddie with Matt Cardona as the guest referee.

– Scott D’Amore really doesn’t like the concept of an Eye For An Eye.

– Following a loss in six-man tag team competition, Trey Miguel was once again antagonized by Sami Callihan only this time, Miguel let loose his rage on Callihan.

– Jordynne Grace and Jazz officially became the number one contenders for the Knockouts Tag Team Championship, they will get their title match on March 13 at Sacrifice.

– ODB was found laid out backstage, the assumption was made that Deonna Purrazzo was the person responsible for the attack.

– Next week, Black Taurus will have an opportunity to become the number one Challenger for the IMPACT X-Division Championship. Decay believes that it is only a matter of time before they have all of the gold.

– Chris Sabin was enjoying his time in Johnny Swinger’s hangout. Next week, he and James Storm will face Rohit Raju and Mahabali Shera on Before The Impact.

According to new reports, Taya Valkyrie, the longest reigning Knockouts Champion in history, has officially reported to the WWE Performance Center in Orlando, Florida.
