WWE NXT UK Results for 2/18/21 Rampage Brown Dethrones the Iron King

Good afternoon Fight Fans, and welcome to our coverage for today’s edition of WWE NXT UK!
NXT UK Heritage Cup Championship Match
A-Kid (c) vs Sha Samuels
Round 1
Sha locks in a standing side headlock before A takes Sha down and locks in a side headlock before Sha gets to the ropes for the break before Sha takes A down. A bridges out of a lateral press before A locks in a double wrist lock before Sha dumps him onto the mat and locks in the Butcher’s Hook before forcing A to tap.
Sha Samuels goes up 1-0
Round 2
Sha goes back to the injured shoulder of A before A tries to take Sha down only for him to kick him off and Sha hits a scoop slam for two before A comes back with strikes. Sha takes A down and beats on him across the back and shoulder before A locks in a sleeper and Sha gets to his feet and to the ropes for the break. A locks the sleeper in a second time before Sha falls to the ropes for the break and A kicks him before sliding out of the ring and A hits a tope as round two ends.
Round 3
A kicks out the knee of Sha and gets two off of a roll up before A hits a dragon screw and an enzuigiri before hitting a running dropkick for the pin and ties up the score.
A-Kid evens the score at one fall a piece.
Round 4
A immediately gets two off of a northern lights suplex before Sha turns him inside out with a lariat for a near fall before A drops him with an enzuigiri for a near fall and immediately transitions into an armbar. Sha gets free and catches A coming off of the top before hitting a falcon arrow for a near fall as round four with Sha nearly submitting A with the Butcher’s Hook as the round ends.
Round 5
The two exchange holds and submission attempts before A counters the Butcher’s Hook and focuses on the arm of Sha before he runs at Sha who hits a spine buster for a near fall. A locks in an omoplata before Sha is forced to verbally submit for the final fall and the win.
Winner: A-Kid retains his Heritage Cup Championship by defeating Sha Samuels via submission with two falls to one in round five.
– We get an extended video package for Joe Coffey and Rampage Brown ahead of their clash in our main event as we go to commercial.
– We come back from the break to a video package for NXT UK champion WALTER who has tied Pete Dunne for the longest champion of all time.
Josh Morrell vs Ben Carter
The two exchange hammer locks before Ben snaps the arm of Josh and they do several flips before Ben takes Josh down and locks in an accordion hold before Josh gets to his feet and gets taken right back down with a side headlock take over. Josh gets up and dropped with a shoulder block before hitting a head scissors for two before Ben hits a flat liner into the middle turnbuckle. Ben hits a float over suplex for two before taking Josh down onto the mat and locking in a front face lock before Josh counters into a surfboard stretch into a bow and arrow. Ben counters into a bow and arrow of his own before dropkicking Josh for two before Josh hits a Cornish high hip toss for a near fall before getting a near fall off of a crucifix. Ben then hits a twisting neckbreaker before finishing Josh with a frog splash for the pin and the win.
Winner: Ben Carter defeats Josh Morrell via pinfall.
– We go to a contract signing for the NXT UK Women’s Championship match between the champion Kay Lee Ray and the challenger Meiko Satomura ahead of their title match in two weeks time as we go to commercial.
– We get a video package for the feud between Xia Brookside and Nina Samuels ahead of their match where Xia will have to become Nina’s personal assistant for one month if she loses next week.
– Earlier this week we see Tyler Bate outside where he talks about how it’s important for him to spend time outside along with training in the gym.
Aleah James vs Dani Luna
Dani backs Aleah into the corner for a clean break before slamming Aleah onto the mat before Aleah kicks her legs and gets suplexed before rolling to the corner where Dani tosses her out and across the ring. Aleah counters a gut wrench into a sunset flip for two before Dani clotheslines Aleah and Aleah hits a springboard missile dropkick for two before they exchange strikes. Dani then drops Aleah with a forearm before Aleah hits an enzuigiri from the apron before Dani catches her in midair and hits a sit-out powerbomb for the pin and the win.
Winner: Dani Luna defeats Aleah James via pinfall.
– We get a promo by Jinny and Joseph Conners where Jinny says that her feud with Piper Niven has to end and it will soon as we go to commercial.
– We get a video package for the NXT UK Tag Team Championship Match between the champions Gallus and the challengers Pretty Deadly in next week’s main event.
Joe Coffey vs Rampage Brown
They lock up for a stalemate before exchanging side headlocks and try to knock each other over until Rampage hits an overhead belly to belly suplex before Rampage lays into him with strikes in the corner. Joe and Rampage go back and forth with strikes in the corner before Rampage hits Joe with clubbing cross faces and boots to the face before Joe counters a Doctor Bomb. Joe punches Rampage in open guard before punching his liver and following up with a backbreaker before locking in a straight jacket before Rampage breaks free and the two exchange strikes. Joe slams Rampage down and hits a jumping elbow drop for two before Rampage headbutts Joe and gets dropped with a Thesz press before Joe hits a sliding clothesline for two. Joe reapplies the straight jacket before Rampage gets to his feet and gets hit with several wrist lock clotheslines, only to drop Joe with a single clothesline of his own.
Rampage boots Joe and hits a high angle back drop driver for two before Joe drives Rampage into the corner and runs into a boot before Rampage hits a diving cross body. Rampage hits a suplex for two before Joe hits an overhead belly to belly suplex into a back drop before Joe hits a running splash into an uppercut and a German suplex. Joe hits the Glasgow Send-off before Rampage rolls out of the ring and Joe runs head long into the steps before Rampage tosses Joe back inside and Joe hits a springboard cross body. Rampage then counters All the Best for the Bells into a Doctor Bomb for the pin and the win.
Winner: Rampage Brown defeats Joe Coffey via pinfall.
– The two exchange words and a hand shake as a mutual show of respect for the war they just had as we go off the air.
