Jon Anik Proposes Interesting Next Fight For Kamaru Usman
UFC welterweight champion Kamaru Usman has seemingly ran through most of the promotion’s 170-pound division after knocking out Gilbert Burns in the main event of UFC 258.
However, there’s a certain former title challenger who’s never faced the Nigerian champion.
UFC play-by-play man, Jon Anik proposed an interesting stylistic matchup for Usman’s next title defense.
2) Wonderboy is a fresh opponent for Usman and an interesting style matchup, so I get the fan appeal there. Usman v. Masvidal II is a moneymaker for sure but most believe Covington is the guy w/ the best chance to beat Usman in rematch. Based on the film, hard to argue otherwise.
