Big E Says Brodie Lee Wanted To Be A Talent Scout After His In-Ring Career Was Over

Since the passing of Jon Huber (Brodie Lee in AEW, Luke Harper in WWE), many wrestlers and talents who worked alongside Huber have shared their stories and tributes to their friend.

Huber, 41, was enjoying arguably the best run of his career in All Elite Wrestling where he was the second-ever AEW TNT Champion and the leader of the Dark Order. On top of being a featured player on weekly television, Huber consistently shined on Being The Elite alongside his Dark Order mates.

Big E, who has been active in sharing memories of his friend and co-worker throughout the past couple of days, took to social media to reveal Huber wanted to remain in wrestling once his in-ring career was over, hoping to become a talent scout around the world.

Huber spent years on the Independent scene, wrestling all over the world and perfecting a multitude of styles before signing with WWE in 2012 and eventually making his way to AEW in March 2020.

AEW is set to pay tribute to Huber on Wednesday’s Dynamite. You can check out the lineup for the show by clicking here
