WWE SmackDown Overnight Viewership Down Following Survivor Series
Survivor Series fallout and Black Friday resulted in a downward slope in overnight viewership for Friday Night SmackDown.
According to overnight numbers released by Showbuzz Daily, the November 27 episode of SmackDown averaged 1.986 million viewers, down from the 2.215 million viewers the November 20 episode averaged.
In the 18-49 demographic, the show averaged a 0.55 rating. Between ABC, CBS, CW, FOX, and NBC, WWE SmackDown was up against many holiday specials including Frosty the Snowman, Santa Claus is Coming to Town, How the Grinch Stole Christmas, and the Minions Holiday Special, the show was bested by the latter two specials in the key demographic. The show also drew a 0.65 rating in the 25-54 demographic.

Hour 1: 2.016 million viewers, 0.6 rating in the 18-49 demographic
Hour 2: 1.957 million viewers, 0.5 rating in the 18-49 demographic
