Report: WWE Senior Vice President For Data Strategy Departs Company

Another WWE executive exits the company.

According to Mike Johnson at PWInsider, WWE Senior Vice President for Data Strategy Pam Murrin has departed the company.

Murrin had been with the company since March 2016. Her Linkedin profile has her listed as “Leading evolution of WWE’s data analytics practice for all lines of business.” Murrin previously worked for Time Warner, HBO, American Express, and Oliver Wyman.

Johnson adds to his report, “One source pointed to the recent departures being brought on as likely part of the changing of the guard as a new executive team has replaced former WWE Co-Presidents George Barrios and Michelle Wilson.”

Barrios and Wilson were released by WWE in January. The company hired Nick Khan as the new President and a new Chief Financial Officer in Kristina Salen.

This is the latest executive change in WWE as the company also released Executive Vice President of Global Head of Sales and Partnerships John Brody, Controller and Principal Accounting Officer Mark Kowal, and Senior Vice President of General Counsel & Secretary Brian Nurse.

Fightful will continue to monitor the story and report any and all updates.
