Report: Daniel Rodriguez Replaces Orion Cosce At UFC 255

Orion Cosce is off the UFC 255 card for undisclosed reasons, replacing him against Nicolas Dalby is Daniel Rodriguez.

Dalby (18-4-1-1NC) has won just one of two during his second run with the UFC with that lone win coming over Alex Oliveira at UFC Fight Night Copenhagen. Dalby is a former Cage Warriors interim welterweight champion, defeating Alex Lohore at Cage Warriors 103 to win the gold. Dalby has competed 24 times as a professional MMA fighter and half of those encounters went the distance.

Rodriguez (13-1-0) is undefeated thus far under the UFC banner, picking up wins over Tim MeansGabriel Green and Dwight Grant. Rodriguez also competed on Dana White’s Contender Series Season 3, Episode 6, defeating Rico Farrington by unanimous decision. Rodriguez enters the contest riding a nine fight winning streak and he hasn’t been defeated in almost three years.

UFC 255 takes place on Saturday, November 21 from the UFC Apex in Las Vegas, Nevada with Deiveson Figueiredo and Alex Rivera headlining. Fightful is providing live coverage of the event, which streams live on ESPN+ pay-per-view.
