Report: Sean Brady Off December 19 UFC Card

Belal Muhammad is going to need a new opponent for the December 19 UFC card as Sean Brady has reportedly withdrawn from the event.

Niall McGrath revealed a video interview with Muhammad, where Muhammad revealed that Brady is off the card. Muhammad is expected to remain on the December 19 card at this time, as UFC officials are seeking a replacement for him to fight.

Muhammad (17-3-0) enters the contest riding a three-fight winning streak with those wins coming over Curtis MillenderTakashi Sato and Lyman Good. Muhammad hasn’t been defeated in almost two years, with that last loss coming to Geoff Neal at UFC Fight Night Brooklyn. Muhammad has competed 20 times as a professional MMA fighter and 14 of those bouts went the distance.

UFC Fight Night: Edwards vs. Chimaev takes place on Saturday, December 19 from a location to be announced with Leon Edwards and Khamzat Chimaev headlining. Fightful is providing live coverage of the event, while broadcast plans have yet to be revealed.
