Jan Blachowicz To Daniel Cormier: “I’ll Teach You Some Respect”
Jan Blachowicz wants to shut up Daniel Cormier.
Blachowicz defeated Dominick Reyes in the co-main event of UFC 253 to win the UFC light heavyweight championship, a title once held by former two-division UFC champion Cormier. DC would post a video on Twitter congratulating Blachowicz for his win at UFC 253, while also saying that the new champion looked “a bit slow:”
All hail the king!! @janblachowicz is the new ufc champion. My goodness pic.twitter.com/56K4BgCe1h

Blachowicz did not take to kindly to the comment made by Cormier and he challenged the retired fighter on Twitter.
Hey @dc_mma! If you have so much to say about me, get your fat ass off the couch and come to the Octagon.
I’ll teach you some respect. pic.twitter.com/cBVl1shLY3— Jan Blachowicz (@JanBlachowicz) September 29, 2020
Cormier would turn down the challenge from Blachowicz while praising him for winning the light heavyweight strap.
No chance champ, congrats on a big win. You’re the man! You’re the king now, you shouldn’t worry bout what an old retired man is saying. Great job getting that title! https://t.co/9upejqah5P

The former two-division UFC champion retired from professional MMA competition after a loss to UFC heavyweight champion Stipe Miocic at UFC 252.
