The Great Liberator captured the Intercontinental Championship for the second time in a wild ladder match.
In a match that would see Jeff Hardy deliver the brand of chaos that he is known for including a wild Swanton Bomb off of one ladder through Sami Zayn who was laying on another. It was Sami who would creatively use handcuffs to secure both Intercontinental championships .
