9/11 WWE SmackDown Overnight Viewership Sees Highest Number Since April

The promise of a new friend in the Firefly Funhouse and the beginning of Samoan family tension sees SmackDown score its highest overnight viewership numbers since April of this year.

According to overnight numbers released by Showbuzz Daily, the September 11 episode of SmackDown averaged 2.261 million viewers, up from the 2.065 million viewers the September 4 episode averaged.

In the 18-49 demographic, the show averaged a 0.6 rating, which is up slightly as compared to last week’s rating. Between ABC, CBS, CW, FOX, and NBC, SmackDown garnered the highest rating in the 18-49 demo. The show also drew a 0.75 rating in the 25-54 demographic, which is up from last week’s rating in that same demo.

Hourly Breakdown:

Hour 1: 2.236 million viewers, 0.6 rating in the 18-49 demographic

Hour 2: 2.286 million viewers, 0.6 rating in the 18-49 demographic
