Matt Hardy Says He Will Make A Full Recovery And His Journey Is Not Over
Matt Hardy is doing just fine.
Hardy suffered a nasty fall at AEW All Out in his Broken Rules match against Sammy Guevara. The two men battled on a scissor lift in the concourse where they fell and crashed through two tables below. Unfortunately, they overshot the tables and the back of Matt’s head smacked on the concrete.
Matt looked out cold following the spot and the match was initially stopped after Hardy could barely stand. After a brief moment, the match continued and Hardy picked up the victory. Hardy was taken to the hospital for medical evaluation following the bout and Tony Khan claimed there was no concussion after an MRI and a CT Scan. Matt’s wife Reby posted different information, saying Matt “needed additional imaging done after his CT” and had no doubt that Matt had suffered a concussion.
Appearing on Dynamite, Matt addressed the crowd and said he will make a full recovery, his journey is not over, and he plans to chase titles in AEW.
