NBA Hall Of Famer Dominique Wilkins Wants To Manage Ricky Starks In AEW
Add this to the list of things you probably never thought possible.
Ricky Starks made his AEW debut on Wednesday’s Dynamite, challenging Cody for the AEW TNT Championship. Though Starks wasn’t successful in his bid to capture the TNT Championship, he made quite the impression and ended up with an AEW contract.
And a surprise manager could be part of the deal.
NBA Hall of Famer Dominique Wilkins took to social media on Wednesday night to say he wants to manage Starks.
Hey @starkmanjones saw the 21 on your coat, I think if u go with @AEWrestling , you need the original number 21 managing you!!!!! What you think @TonyKhan ?

Wilkins has been a guest on Shot of Brandi and being a legend in Atlanta, has geographical ties to AEW given their relationship with Turner and TNT. But this certainly seems like an out of the blue partnership that is a little crazy.
Then again, it’s 2020, where nothing else makes sense.
