Randy Orton Says The Undertaker Was Fooled Into Thinking Orton Bought A Plane
Randy Orton fooled plenty of people thinking he bought a plane, including one WWE legend.
Orton set social media ablaze with a picture not too long ago of him inside a plane saying that he bought one. Although there were some who might not have believed it at first, there were plenty who got tricked into thinking it was true. In an interview with Corey Graves on “After The Bell,” Orton revealed he didn’t buy the plane and plenty of his friends thought it was true.
“I did not buy a plane,” Orton said. “I came home and my wife goes, ‘What the f*** did you say you bought a plane for?’ I was like, ‘What do you mean?’ She was like, ‘Look at your social media!’ I don’t want to call a bunch of guys out, but I got a couple dozen of the guys and a couple close friends, they texted me, ‘Hey, congrats on the plane!'”
Perhaps the biggest name who got fooled was The Undertaker, who texted Orton to congratulate him on the non-existent purchase.
“But the biggest pop I got was Undertaker texted me and he was like, ‘Yeah, some play checkers, you’re playing chess. Congrats on the plane, kid.’ I was like, ‘Awww.’ That’s what social media’s for. Most of the time, anyway, having fun. That’s how I like to use it,” Orton said.
