Lacey Evans vs. Brian Cage Is The Twitter War No One Expected
When you think of a good Twitter beef, Randy Orton and Tommaso Ciampa makes sense. Orton is a longtime WWE veteran who was previously taken shots at the current era of work and Ciampa is a respected name in NXT. So when Orton takes a shot at NXT, Ciampa responds.
Even AEW vs. WWE Twitter beefs aren’t uncommon. Randy Orton has previously volleyed with Tony Khan and Chris Jericho.
Randy Orton sure makes enemies on Twitter.
But Lacey Evans and Brian Cage? There’s a beef no one saw coming.
It all seemed to start when Cage posted a video of himself hitting a turnaround springboard moonsault.

From there, fans got into his mentions, accusing him of stealing from Lacey Evans. Of course, Kevin Owens has done the move for years and Marc Mero made the move famous as the Merosault. But it’s a better story if fans believe Lacey Evans did it first and perfected it.
*knew.
And I don’t *know who you are…. ya nasty. I’m 4 year in the game and doing *it better than *you.

Hopefully, Brian Cage doesn’t throw any right hands on Wednesday night so he can avoid more Twitter drama.
