Drew Gulak vs. Cesaro
The match begins with Gulak dragging Cesaro to the mat before applying a headlock, Cesaro gets free and he nails Gulak with a tilt-a-whirl back breaker. Cesaro looks for the Gotch Style Pile Driver and Gulak escapes while working over his arm, Gulak goes for an arm bar and Cesaro power bombs his way to freedom. Cesaro goes for the Gotch Style Pile Driver again and Gulak counters by applying a cross face, Cesaro gets to the ropes to break the submission attempt. Gulak then dumps Cesaro out of the ring before nailing him with a clothesline from the ring apron, Cesaro fights back and he gets Gulak back into the ring. Gulak recovers to knock Cesaro back to the arena floor, Gulak then nails Cesaro with an arm drag on the arena floor before sending him into the ring steps a few times. Gulak gets Cesaro back in the ring and he goes to the top rope, Cesaro nails a leaping Gulak with a European uppercut for a near fall. Gulak recovers and he wrenches away on the arm of Cesaro, Cesaro gets free and he nails Gulak with some knee strikes.
Gulak catches a leaping Cesaro in a roll up for a near fall, Gulak goes for the Gulock and Cesaro gets free before landing a boot to the face, Cesaro looks for the Gotch Style Pile Driver again before landing a European uppercut, Cesaro then attacks Gulak with an airplane spin for a three count.
Winner: Cesaro
– The hosts preview what will go down on night two of ‘Mania 36.
– Kayla Braxton interviews King Corbin, who laughs at the video of his attack on Elias from two weeks ago and Corbin says anything goes during ‘Mania season. Corbin says he will take a win tonight by forfeit before singing a song in celebration.
– The crew from WWE Backstage appear to talk about tonight’s match between Becky Lynch and Shayna Baszler.
– The hosts preview the card one more time as the pre-show comes to an end.
– Stephanie McMahon appears to start the show, McMahon says that ‘Mania 36 will be the most different of all due to the current circumstances around the world. McMahon says the WWE is committed to entertaining everybody during these tough times, McMahon welcomes everybody to ‘Mania 36.
– A video package airs as all past ‘Mania musical guests sing America The Beautiful.
– Rob Gronkowski welcomes us to the show after the opening video package, Grink talks about ‘Mania being two nights and Gronk says he is the right man to host the show. Mojo Rawley joins Gronk and Gronk nails him with celebratory chops.
WWE Women’s Tag Team Championships
The Kabuki Warriors (Asuka & Kairi Sane) (c) vs. Alexa Bliss & Nikki Cross
The match begins with Asuka taunting Bliss while avoiding some of her strikes, Sane tags in and she shoves Bliss to the mat below. Bliss gets angry and she slaps Sane across the face, Bliss then drops Sane before landing a double knee drop. Cross tags in and she nails Sane with a basement drop kick for a near fall, Cross tags in and she jumps on the back of Sane. Sane gets Cross off of her back before tagging Asuka in, Asuka taunts Cross before Bliss makes a blind tag. Cross and Bliss knock both opponents to the arena floor, Bliss leaps off the ring apron onto Asuka. Cross then leaps off the ring apron and onto Sane, Bliss gets Asuka back in the ring to get a near fall on a pin attempt. Cross tags in and she nails the arm of Asuka with a top rope axe handle smash, Asuka fights back and she tags Sane into the match. Cross dumps Sane out of the ring, Sane blocks a drop kick attempt to get Cross to the arena floor. All the competitors brawl on the arena floor as Asuka throws Bliss into the ring post, Sane drops Cross with a head scissors takedown before Asuka lands a head kick.
Asuka follows Cross into the ring while stomping away on her, Sane tags in and she works over a cornered Cross. Asuka and Sane also double team Cross in the ring, Sane mounts a downed Cross while landing a few strikes. Cross fights back and she rolls up Sane for a near fall, Bliss tags in and she cleans house against the opposing team. Bliss misses a charge in the corner and she goes after both opponents, Bliss gets hung up in the corner and Sane nails her with a top rope double stomp for a near fall. Sane then corners Bliss while choking her with her boot, Sane then hits Bliss with a sliding forearm strike for a near fall. Asuka tags in and she works over a cornered Bliss, Asuka holds Bliss down while wrenching away on her arm. Asuka gets Bliss near the ropes while choking her on the middle rope, Sane attacks Bliss while Asuka distracts the ref. Asuka follows up on that by nailing Bliss with a hip attack, Asuka then nails Bliss with a pop up knee strike for a near fall. Asuka goes for another hip attack and Bliss gets her knees up, Bliss nails Asuka with a right before eating a head kick.
Sane and Cross are tagged in by their respective partners, Cross quickly starts cleaning house against the opposing team. Cross goes to the top rope and she nails Sane with a cross body block for a near fall, Asuka distracts the ref so Sane can rake Cross’ eyes. Cross recovers and she gets attacked by Asuka after a blind tag, Asuka nails Cross with some strikes. Cross nails Asuka with her finisher before Sane lands an Insane Elbow to prevent a three count, Asuka catches Cross in the Asuka Lock and Bliss breaks it up by landing Twisted Bliss. Sane returns and she nails Bliss with a spear, Asuka then hits Cross with a code breaker after Sane tagged in. Sane goes to the top rope and Cross meets her up there as they exchange strikes, Asuka makes a blind tag as everyone battles on the ropes. Asuka and Sane nail Cross with a double team move for a near fall, Sane tags in and she knocks Bliss off the ring apron. Sane almost runs into Asuka and Asuka crashes into the ring post a short time later, Cross then hits Sane with a spinning neck breajer. Bliss tags in and she hits Sane with Twisted Bliss for a three count.

– Kayla Braxton interviews Sami Zayn, Cesaro & Shinsuke Nakamura, Zayn says talks about entering ‘Mania 36 as the WWE Intercontinental Champion. Zayn says fans think Daniel Bryan will get his hands on him, but Zayn says that isn’t a guarantee tonight before saying he’ll leave ‘Mania 36 as the champion.
– Shayna Baszler is shown warming up backstage.
– King Corbin gets the microphone before the next match to say that Elias is nowhere to be found before showing a video on Elias being attacked two weeks ago on Smackdown. Corbin says it felt good to injure Elias, Corbin demands the referee count Elias out so he can win the match. Elias comes out and he nails Corbin with a guitar shot as they battle on the arena floor. Elias throws Corbin into the barricade and ring steps, Elias gets Corbin in the ring to make the match official.
King Corbin vs. Elias
The match begins with Elias attacking a cornered Corbin with a bunch of strikes, Elias drops Corbin with a back elbow strike for a near fall. Corbin gets up and Elias attacks him with more strikes, Corbin goes down and Elias chokes him. Elias then hits Corbin with a neck breaker for another near fall, Corbin fights back and he dumps Elias out of the ring. Elias gets back in the ring and Corbin sends him shoulder first into the ring post for a near fall, Corbin corners Elias before landing some strikes. Corbin follows up on that by nailing Elias with a clothesline for a near fall, Corbin holds Elias down while landing elbow strikes to the injured shoulder. Elias fights back and Corbin again sends him shoulder first into the ring post for a near fall, Corbin keeps Elias near the ropes while landing more elbow strikes. Elias fights back and he sends Corbin shoulder first into the ring post, Elias follows up by nailing Corbin with a clothesline. Elias then nails Corbin with a mule kick to the upper body, Elias corners Corbin while landing a bunch of strikes.
Elias follows up by nailing Corbin with an inverted spinning neck breaker for a near fall, Elias goes to the top rope and Corbin avoids his leap to land a Deep Six for a near fall. Corbin misses a clothesline attempt and Elias nails him with a knee strike for a near fall, Corbin goes to the ropes and Elias tries getting him away before eating a right. Corbin catches Elias in a roll up with his feet on the ropes for a near fall, Elias rolls up Corbin with a handful of tights for a three count.
Winner: Elias
Raw Women’s Championship
Becky Lynch (c) vs. Shayna Baszler
The match begins with Baszler and Lynch getting into a wild striking exchange, Baszler goes for a choke and they both spill out of the ring. Lynch smashes Baszler face first into the announce table before getting her into the ring, Lynch then hits Baszler with a missile drop kick and running forearm strike. Lynch keeps Baszler corners while stomping away on her, Lynch sets up for an exploder suplex and Baszler escapes. Lynch goes for a jumping thrust kick and Baszler counters by landing a knee strike, Lynch escapes the grasp of Baszler and she looks for a Disarmer. Lynch catches Baszler in a roll up for a near fall, Baszler recovers and she nails Lynch with a spine buster. Baszler then nails Lynch with a double underhook cutter for a near fall, Baszler misses a knee strike and she still sends Lynch to the ring apron. Lynch nails Baszler with a knee strike before getting her to the ring apron, Baszler and Lynch exchange strikes on the ring apron. Lynch ends the exchange by nailing Baszler with a uranage on the ring apron for a near fall, Lynch goes to the top rope and Baszler kicks her in the head before throwing her off.
Baszler then gets Lynch in an arm bar and Baszler transitions to a Disarmer after a roll up from Lynch, Lynch gets free and Baszler levels her with a knee strike for a near fall. Lynch rolls to the ring apron and Baszler goes after her before getting dropped neck first on the top rope, Lynch looks for a rope assisted Disarmer and Baszler drops her to the arena floor after applying a rear naked choke. Baszler leaves the ring and she attacks a downed Lynch, Baszler picks up Lynch before swinging her into the announce desk a few times. Baszler gets Lynch back in the ring and she follows her in there, Lynch fights back and she looks for a Disarmer. Baszler catches Lynch in a rear naked choke and Lynch rolls through to get a three count.
Winner: Becky Lynch, still the Raw Women’s Champion
WWE Intercontinental Championship
Sami Zayn (c) w/Shinsuke Nakamura & Cesaro vs. Daniel Bryan w/Drew Gulak
The match begins with Zayn hanging out near the ropes to avoid Bryan before leaving the ring entirely, Zayn gets in the ring and he leaves again. Bryan goes after Zayn and Ceasro blocks his path, Zayn gets back in the ring and Bryan goes after him while Gulak takes out Cesaro and Nakamura. Zayn almost goes after Gulak and Bryan tells Gulak to stay away, Bryan attacks Zayn on the entrance ramp and he gets him back in the ring. Bryan trips up Zayn before landing multiple strikes, Bryan keeps Zayn down while landing multiple kicks. Bryan mounts Zayn to land more strikes to the head, Zayn leaves the ring and Bryan nails him with a suicide dive followed by more kicks. Bryan gets Zayn back in the ring before landing a missile drop kick, Bryan holds Zayn down while landing crossface strikes. Bryan corners Zayn while landing even more strikes, Bryan then hits Zayn with a running drop kick. Bryan gets Zayn to a knee while landing more shots to his head, Zayn fights back and he drops Bryan with a clothesline.
Zayn keeps Bryan down while landing some strikes to the head, Bryan recovers and he drops Zayn with a flying clothesline followed by a series of Yes Kicks. Bryan traps the arms of Zayn while stomping away on his head, Cesaro and Nakamura return to attack Gulak. Bryan then takes Nakamura and Cesaro with a suicide dive, Bryan goes to the top rope and Zayn kicks him in the head on the way down for a three count.
Winner: Sami Zayn w/Shinsuke Nakamura & Cesaro, still your WWE Intercontinental Champion
Smackdown Tag Team Championships
Ladder Match
John Morrison (c) vs. Kofi Kingston vs. Jimmy Uso
The match begins with an all out brawl between all the competitors in the match, everybody leaves the ring and they bring ladders back into it. They all set up the ladders and then climb up all of them, everybody exchanges strikes while trying to grab the belts. Uso gets shoved down and he crashes into the ropes, Uso returns and he knocks Morrison off a ladder. Kingston leaps off a ladder and he takes out Uso, Morrison climbs a ladder and Kingston gets him down before eating a knee strike. Morrison knocks some ladders over before attacking Uso, Kingston gets up and he attacks Morrison. Kingston and Morrison have a back and forth while Uso climbs a ladder, Kingston also climbs the ladder and he knocks Uso off of it. Morrison climbs the ladder and he battles Kingston, Morrison knocks Kingston off the ladder and he reaches for the belts until Uso gets him down. Morrison drops Uso before landing a few kicks, Kingston goes for a dive before getting dumped to the arena floor by Morrison and Uso.
Uso misses a ladder shot and Morrison shoves a ladder at him, Morrison then sets up a ladder in the corner before attacking Uso’s injured knee with another one. Uso fights back and he gets Morrison on the top rope before smashing his face into a ladder, Uso climbs the ropes and Morrison knocks him onto a ladder. Morrison hits Uso with a twisting splash while Uso was trapped on the ladder, Morrison eventually knocks Uso out of the ring. Morrison climbs a ladder and Kingston takes him down with a springboard hurricarana, Kingston climbs the ladder and he gets off to battle Uso. Kingston knocks Uso out of the ring before taking out Morrison with a suicide dive, Uso looks to dive off the barricade and Kingston throws a ladder at him. Kingston grabs another ladder and he bridges it between the ring and the barricade, Kingston places Uso on the ladder while landing some strikes. Kingston then crotches Morrison on the top rope, Kingston goes to the top rope and Morrison walks across the top rope to land a Spanish fly.
Uso returns and he nails Morrison with a top rope splash, Uso starts climbing the ladder and Kingston tries stopping him. Kingston climbs up the ladder with Uso and Uso knocks him off, Kingston climbs the ladder from the inside to knock Uso off of it. Kingston gets near the belts and Morrison climbs the ladder to attack him, Kingston knocks Morrison off the ladder and Morrison quickly returns before eating a double stomp from the top of the ladder. Kingston knocks Morrison out of the ring and he battles Uso for control of another ladder, Morrison bridges a ladder between one ladder and the ropes. Kingston leaps off the bridged ladder and Uso kicks him before throwing him face first into a ladder, Morrison jumps off a ladder and Uso nails him with a super kick. Uso places Morrison on the bridged ladder before climbing another ladder, Morrison gets free and he shoves Uso off the ladder and to the arena floor. Morrison climbs the ladder and Kingston meets him up there as they brawl, Uso returns and he sets up another ladder before climbing it, a three way brawl breaks out between all the competitors.
All three competitors get the belts down and Morrison falls off the ladder with the belts in his possession to win the match.
Winner: John Morrison, still the Smackdown Tag Team Champions w/The Miz
Kevin Owens vs. Seth Rollins
The match begins with Rollins hiding in the ropes before attacking Owens with some strikes, Owens chases Rollins out of the ring before landing strikes of his own. Rollins gets back in the ring and Owens follows him in there before avoiding the stomp, Owens then nails Rollins with more strikes. Rollins fights back before Owens lands a clothesline and senton bombs, Rollins leaves the ring again and Owens follows him out there to land more strikes. Owens then throws Rollins right into the barricade a few times, Owens gets Rollins back in the ring before meeting him on the ring apron. Owens looks for a pile driver and Rollins counters by landing a back body drop on the ringside edge, Rollins follows up by nailing Owens with a falcon arrow on the ringside edge. Rollins keeps the pressure on Owens by nailing him with a series of suicide dives, Rollins goes for another dive and Owens counters by landing a right. Owens gets back in the ring and Rollins nails him with a sling blade followed by some strikes, Rollins misses the stomp multiple times and Owens nails him with a DDT.
Rollins misses a charge in the corner and Owens nails him with a super kick followed by a cannonball, Owens then hits Rollins with a swanton bomb for a near fall. Owens goes for a pop up power bomb and Rollins avoids it, Owens goes for a stunner and Rollins counters with an enziguri. Owens fights back and he nails Rollins with a clothesline, Rollins goes to the ring apron and Owens drags him to the top rope. Owens looks for a superplex and Rollins blocks it by raking his eyes, Rollins gets free and he nails Owens with a buckle bomb followed by a super kick. Rollins the nails Owens with a thrust kick, Rollins looks for the stomp and Owens counters with a pop up power bomb for a near fall. Rollins tries leaving the ring and Owens follows him out there, Rollins hits Owens with a ring bell to cause a DQ.
Winner: Kevin Owens, by DQ
After the match, Kevin Owens gets on the microphone and he insults Seth Rollins before saying he wants a No DQ Match with Rollins right now and Rollins accepts.
No DQ Match
Kevin Owens vs. Seth Rollins
The match begins with Rollins nailing Owens with a knee strike before throwing him out of the ring, Rollins follows Owens out there before throwing him into the barricade. Rollins keeps Owens down while stomping away on him, Rollins again grabs Owens and throws him into the barricade. Rollins grabs the ring steps and he attacks Owens with them, Rollins grabs a steel chair and he attacks Owens with it. Rollins then clears off the announce table before Owens hits him with multiple ring bell shots, Rollins falls onto the announce table and Owens climbs the ‘Mania sign before leaping off and putting Rollins through the table. Owens gets up first and he gets Rollins back into the ring, Owens then nails Rollins with the stunner for a three count.
Winner: Kevin Owens
– Rob Gronkowski and Mojo Rawley return before getting interrupted by 24/7 Champion R-Truth, R-Truth talks about the trouble of being the champion. Gronk and Rawley both attack R-Truth and Rawley pins him to win the championship.
– Charly Caruso interviews Paul Heyman, who says that Drew McIntyre should be afraid because he’ll face Brock Lesnar tomorrow. Heyman talks about how special of an athlete that Lesnar is, Heyman says Lesnar will learn about that tomorrow night.
WWE Universal Championship
Goldberg (c) vs. Braun Strowman
The match begins with Goldberg nailing Strowman with a kick before missing a charge in the corner, Strowman goes for a power slam and Goldberg escapes to land multiple spears for a near fall. Goldberg nails Strowman with another spear, Goldberg looks for a Jackhammer and Strowman counters by landing multiple power slams. Strowman then hits Goldberg with a running power slam for a three count.
Winner: Braun Strowman, your new WWE Universal Champion
Boneyard Match
The Undertaker vs. AJ Styles
The match starts with Styles arriving at the boneyard in a coffin driven in a hearse, Undertaker arrives at the boneyard riding a motorcycle. Styles trash talks to Undertaker while showing him an open grave, Styles goes to attack Undertaker with a brick and Undertaker nails him with some strikes. Styles tries escaping and Undertaker attacks him with more strikes before throwing him into the coffin, Undertaker smashes Styles’ face onto the coffin a few times. Styles avoids an Undertaker punch and Undertaker breaks a window, Styles fights back and Undertaker slams him onto the windshield of the hearse. Undertaker and Styles battle onto the roof of the hearse, Undertaker drops Styles before mounting him and landing strikes. Styles falls off the hearse and Undertaker gets off as well, Styles blinds Undertaker by throwing dirt into his eyes. Styles follows up on that by nailing Undertaker with some strikes and a low blow, Styles grabs Undertaker and he attacks him with more strikes. Undertaker fights back and he drops Styles with a right, Undertaker then knocks Styles into the open grave.
Karl Anderson and Luke Gallows arrive to confront Undertaker, a light turns on in a barn and a bunch of druids come through the walls. Undertaker fights against all the druids before getting attacked by Gallows and Anderson, Undertaker fights back and he also attacks them both with a shovel handle, Styles returns and he breaks something over the head of Undertaker. Styles mounts Undertaker and he attacks him with a plethora of strikes while injuring his own hand, Undertaker gets up and Styles tackles him through a fence, Styles trash talks while Undertaker gives him the middle finger. Styles gets angry and he attacks him with more strikes, Styles grabs a shovel and he knocks Undertaker into the grave after nailing him with the shovel. Styles gets on a tractor and a light appears behind him, Undertaker appears behind Styles as well and he knocks Styles off of the tractor. Styles climbs up to the roof of the abandoned barn and Undertaker follows him up there, Undertaker stops Styles from running after causing flames to shoot up behind him. Undertaker attacks Gallows and Anderson before throwing Gallows off the roof, Undertaker then hits Anderson with a tombstone onto the roof.
Styles returns and he attacks Undertaker with some strikes, Undertaker is unfazed and he choke slams Styles off the roof and through a bunch of boards. Undertaker gets off the roof and he talks down to the injured Styles, Undertaker picks Styles up and he drops Styles next to the open grave. Undertaker picks Styles up again and he embraces Styles, Undertaker then kicks Styles into the open grave. Undertaker climbs into the driver’s seat of the tractor and he dumps a large pile of dirt into the open grave that Styles is in. Undertaker walks past the grave and there is an AJ Styles tombstone, Styles hand is sticking out of the grave as Undertaker rides out of the boneyard while an Undertaker symbol appears on the abandoned barn.
Winner: The Undertaker
