Anthony Pettis Misses Weight; UFC 206 Main Event Still On (With A Hitch)
Three fighters did miss weight for tomorrow night's UFC 206(results below), but the biggest fighter to miss weight was Anthony Pettis who is set to headline tomorrow nights event and challenge Max Holloway for the vacant interim featherweight title.
Pettis missed weight by two pounds and the fight will still go on as planned, but only Holloway can win the vacant interim featherweight title, if Pettis wins, the title will remain vacant until another fight can determine the champion. Whomever does become the UFC Interim Featherweight Champion will be challenging UFC Featherweight Champion Jose Aldo at some point in 2017.
