WWE SmackDown 2/28 Draws Highest Viewership Number Since October 2019
With John Cena returning and Goldberg arriving as the new Universal Champion, SmackDown drew its highest viewership number in months.
According to overnight numbers released by ShowBuzz Daily, the February 28 episode of SmackDown averaged 2.716 million viewers, which is the best viewership number the show has produced in 2020. It is also the most-watched episode of SmackDown since the October 11, 2019 episode and the third most-watched episode of SmackDown since it moved to FOX. For the month of February 2020, SmackDown averaged 2.558 million viewers per show (four episodes).
In the 18-49 demographic, SmackDown averaged 0.8 rating, higher than 0.7 rating last week’s episode drew. Among all primetime programs that aired on CBS, NBC, ABC, FOX and CW for the day, SmackDown was the highest-rated show in that demographic.

Hour 1: 2.736 million viewers, 0.8 rating in the 18-49 demographic
Hour 2: 2.697 million viewers, 0.8 rating in the 18-49 demographic
