WWE SmackDown Viewership Down For Last Show Before Royal Rumble
On the last stop before the Royal Rumble, SmackDown’s viewership went down.
According to Showbuzz Daily, the January 24 episode of SmackDown averaged 2.469 million viewers, down from last week’s 2.580 million viewers the show averaged. This week also snapped SmackDown’s three-week streak of the show’s viewership getting increased from the week prior.
In the 18-49 demographic, the show produced a 0.7 rating across both hours, which is slightly down from the 0.8 rating last week did. This week’s rating was also the highest among primetime programming between ABC, CBS, FOX, NBC and CW for January 24.
Hourly Breakdown:
Hour 1: 2.548 million viewers, 0.7 rating in the 18-49 demographic
Hour 2: 2.391 million viewers, 0.7 rating in the 18-49 demographic
