Robert Roode Returns To WWE SmackDown, Helps King Corbin Beat Up Roman Reigns
Robert Roode is back on SmackDown after being absent for nearly two months.
As Roman Reigns attacked King Corbin, abruptly ending the main event match between The Usos and the team of Corbin and Dolph Ziggler, Roode appeared out of nowhere to come to Corbin’s aid.
With the help of Roode, Corbin and Ziggler were able to get the upper hand on Reigns, resulting in “The Big Dog” getting superkicked and hit with a spinebuster by Roode. This was Roode’s first appearance on SmackDown since November 29 when he lost to Reigns in a match. After that match, it was later revealed that Roode was suspended for 30 days for a WWE Wellness Policy violation.
