Sean Ross Stats For The Wrestling Week Ending 1/10/20
– Andrade and Rey Mysterio had their sixth televised one-on-one match on WWE Raw. It was their ninth fall, however. They have had twelve televised matches in total against one another.
– The Street Profits have unsuccessfully challenged for the WWE Raw Tag Team Championships in back-to-back months.
– The Viking Raiders and he OC have had 12 televised matches since August. The Viking Raiders won the first three two-on-two matches they had against one another.
– No Way Jose’s last win on WWE Raw was June 2018. He’s lost nine consecutive one-on-one matches on WWE Raw.
– Shelton Benjamin worked his first match since November 2019 on Raw. His last Raw match was in October.
– AOP worked their first match on Raw since November this week.
– If John Cena doesn’t miraculously wrestle on next week’s episode of WWE Raw, it’ll be the first time going a year between matches since his pro wrestling career started.
– 2019 was the first year since 1993 Big Show didn’t wrestle a match. Of course, he returned this week.
– DDP has appeared on cable televised wrestling programs across five decades.
– When next week rolls around, DDP will have appeared on televised programs for AEW, WWE, WCW, TNA, AWA.
– Dustin Rhodes and DDP competed against each other on a Center Stage WCW TV taping in 1992. Both will have teamed with Cody on AEW TV in January 2020
– Hangman Page and Kenny Omega have teamed five times in AEW, and have rotated wins and losses together each time. Before AEW, the first and only time they’d teamed together in a two on two match was in December 2016 for NJPW.
– Chelsea Green has been on cable TV for WWE Raw, NXT, Tough Enough, Lucha Underground and TNA Wrestling.
– Of Keith Lee’s last five televised matches, three of them have been title matches or top contender matches. That also goes for five of his last twelve matches.
