PWG held its The Makings Of A Varsity Athlete event on Dec. 20 from Globe Theatre in Los Angeles, California.
The event was headlined by Bandido challenging Jeff Cobb for the PWG World Title. Jonathan Gresham was scheduled to face Fenix in the co-main event, but Fenix did not make the show. David Starr, who had wrestled earlier in the night, ended up wrestling Gresham.
