WWE NXT UK Results for 12/19/19 Tyler Bate vs Noam Dar

Good afternoon Fight Fans! We hope your day has gone well and are ready for today’s edition of NXT UK!
Amir Jordan & Kenny Williams vs Pretty Deadly
Kenny and Sam start things off by wringing each other’s arms and Kenny takes Sam down to the mat before hitting a sunset flip for two. Amir comes in and dropkicks Sam before dancing and Kenny sends Lewis out of the ring before Amir hits a suicide dive for two once they’re back in the ring. Sam snaps the arm of Amir into the ropes before he comes in legally and applies an elbow leaver into a straight armbar before Howley comes back in and sends Amir shoulder first into the corner for two. Howley locks in a shoulder lock before Amir counters a suplex and Sam gets the blind tag and wrings the arm of Amir. Sam throws his wrist tape at Kenny who’s on the apron before Pretty Deadly isolate Amir.
Amir sends Lewis out of the ring before Kenny gets the tag and hits a suicide dive to both of PD and hits Lewis with a sling blade for a near fall. Lewis gets a near fall off of a roll up with the tights before PD hit an assisted bloody cross for a near fall before Kenny hits a double back elbow. Kenny then drops Lewis before Amir hits the Swanton Bombay for the pin and the win.
Winner: Amir Jordan and Kenny Williams defeat Pretty Deadly when Amir pins Lewis with the Swanton Bombay.
-We go backstage to an interview with Aichner and Barthel of Imperium who says that it’s an insult that they have to earn a title shot and that Imperium will leave NXT UK Takeover:Blackpool victorious as we go to commercial.
-We get a phone camera promo by Ligero ahead of his rematch against Kassius Ohno next week.
-Trent Seven comes out to the ring and talks about Eddie Dennis’ interference in his match last week. Trent says that he’s been in the business for a while now and has an idea of how things work and that Eddie wants his attention and that they came up in the same circles and that the Eddie Dennis he knows is no longer there. Trent asks Eddie to come out so they can talk and Trent asks him what he’s doing once he comes out onto the ramp. Trent brings up that Eddie quit his teaching job and he understands that his opportunity was taken away from him before saying that he’s proud of the promotion they built together. Eddie then pokes Trent in the eye before simply saying that he’ll see Trent at Takeover: Blackpool before leaving.
-We then get a video package for the NXT Women’s Championship Triple Threat match at Takeover: Blackpool as we go to commercial.
Jinny w/Jazzy Gabbert vs Amale
They lock up before Jinny slaps Amale and takes her down before hitting her with right hands in mount and traps Amale in a row boat stretch until she gets to the ropes for the break. Jinny stomps Amale and misses a running splash in the corner before Amale hits a shotgun dropkick into a running boot in the corner. Jinny kicks Amale away before sweeping her and hitting a slingshot senton for a near fall before trapping Amale in the corner and hitting The Makeover for the pin and the win.
Winner: Jinny defeats Amale via pinfall with The Makeover.
-After the match Jinny has Jazzy attack Amale before Jazzy disobeys her orders and leaves on her own before Jinny soon leaves as we go to commercial.
-We return to an interview with WALTER backstage where he addresses his NXT UK Championship match against Joe Coffey at Takeover:Blackpool before it’s announced that Ilja Dragunov will face Alexander Wolfe in a No Disqualification Match in two weeks time.
Tyler Bate vs Noam Dar
Tyler and Dar tie up before Tyler backs Dar into the corner for a clean break before they exchange holds until Dar gets into the ropes for another clean break. They exchange at least five standing switches before Dar counters the Tyler Driver ’97 and dodges a rebound headbutt before backing Tyler into the corner and hitting him with punches to the midsection before flexing for the NXT UK Universe. Tyler stands on his head in the corner and dropkicks Dar out of the ring before rolling him back in and rocking him with an uppercut. Tyler stands on his head again and Dar hits a running shotgun dropkick in the corner before he starts focusing on the knees and hands of Tyler. Dar locks in a straight armbar before Tyler gets to his feet and Dar snap mares Tyler head over heels into the ropes before Dar slams Tyler to the mat for two.
Dar wrenches the head of Tyler before Tyler hits a belly to back suplex and Dar sends him out onto the apron before sweeping him and dropkicking Tyler off of the apron. Dar hits a snap mare into the steps before Tyler gets back in at the count of nine and Dar kicks him in the chest repeatedly before Tyler catches a kick and comes back with a flurry of punches. Tyler hits a high knee into a diving uppercut before dropping Dar with a back elbow and hitting a suplex into a standing shooting star for a near fall. Tyler counters an ankle lock before they exchange pin attempts and Dar locks in an omoplata before transitioning into a double armbar Tyler elbows his way free. Dar kicks Tyler before Tyler hits a split legged back suplex for a near fall and goes for a running shooting star, but Dar gets his knees up before hitting a flat liner for a near fall of his own.
Tyler counters the Nova Roller before he goes for the rebound headbutt and Dar catches him and locks in the champagne super knee bar. Tyler gets to the ropes for the break right before tapping before Dar kicks Tyler’s legs and sends him spinning before Tyler hits a rolling kick. Dar rolls out of the ring and Tyler boots him off of the apron before hitting dive over the top rope and quickly rolling Dar back into the ring. Dar counters the Tyler Driver ’97 into a sunset flip for a near fall before Dar kicks out Tyler’s legs and Tyler rocks him with a right hand before hitting a rebound lariat for a near fall. Jordan Devlin then comes out and Dar gets a near fall off of the distraction before Tyler rocks him with a punch and hits the Tyler Driver ’97 for the pin and the win.
Winner:Tyler Bate defeats Noam Dar via pinfall with the Tyler Driver’ 97.
-After the match Jordan tries to rush Tyler, but he’s ready and Jordan slides back out of the ring before Tyler challenges him to a match at Takeover: Blackpool as we go off the air.
