WWE Backstage 11/26 Viewership Drops Without CM Punk

ShowBuzzDaily reports the Nov. 26 episode of WWE Backstage drew 121,000 viewers. This number is down from last week’s viewership, which hit 180,000 viewers. Last week marked a viewership high for the series since its Nov. 5 premiere. This week’s number is the second-highest viewership total.
The show drew a 0.05 rating in the 18 to 49 demographic, down from last week’s 0.10 rating in the same demographic.
Tuesday’s episode of WWE Backstage was highlighted by an interview with Triple H, who praised the NXT brand for their success over the weekend, including their claim of brand supremacy at WWE Survivor Series. The panel for this week’s episode included host Renee Young, co-host Booker T, and analysts Paige, Christian, and Samoa Joe.
After his debut on the Nov. 19 episode, CM Punk was not present for Tuesday’s episode. Punk joined the show as a special contributor and analyst last week, but it was noted he would only make periodic appearances. It is unknown when he will return to the show.
