Report: MLW Signs Logan Creed, Re-Signs Josef Samael
MLW makes a pair of roster moves.
Mike Johnson at PWInsider reports Major League Wrestling has signed Logan Creed to a deal. Terms of the contract were not disclosed. Creed worked the MLW Fusion tapings in Orlando on Nov. 9. He’s previously worked for FIP, PWX, IPW, and more. WWE reportedly had interest in Creed as well.
PWInsider also reports MLW has re-signed Josef Samael to a new deal. Samael is the leader of CONTRA Unit and manager of MLW Heavyweight Champion Jacob Fatu. Samael has also been working behind the scenes as an agent. He will reportedly have an expanded role behind the scenes as a result of his new deal.
As previously reported, MLW recently locked up Fatu to a long-term deal. However, the promotion will be losing former MLW Heavyweight Champion Tom Lawlor after the two sides failed to reach a new agreement.
In other MLW news, a new Fusion logo and graphics are expected to debut in the coming weeks. The promotion will also reportedly be adding to their staff behind the scenes in the upcoming weeks.
