WWE Backstage 11/12 Viewership Hits 100,000
Big increase for WWE Backstage.
ShowBuzzDaily reports WWE Backstage drew 100,000 viewers on Tuesday night. This is a big increase from last week’s premiere episode, which drew 49,000 viewers. Demographic ratings for Tuesday’s episode were not available as the show did not place in the Top 150.
The number is still well down from the preview episodes in October.
The Oct. 15 episode averaged 597,000 viewers. That episode followed the ALCS game between the New York Yankees and Houston Astros. The Oct. 25 episode, which aired following SmackDown on FS1, drew 426,000 viewers.
Tuesday’s WWE Backstage was highlighted by the return of CM Punk at the end of the show. Punk stated he will appear on next week’s program and he has signed on as a special contributor and analyst, making periodic appearances on the show. Punk’s segment currently sits at 2.5 million views on YouTube.
