Edge Praises NWA Powerrr, Calls It A Love Letter To 70s And 80s Wrestling

NWA Powerrr keeps impressive viewers in high places.

The NWA rebirth is on Youtube for now, and has gained the praise of wrestlers around the world. Among those, include Hollywood’s biggest star in The Rock, who put over the hour-long program weeks ago. Now, Edge has joined the fold, touting the show heavily on Twitter and congratulating the creators of the program.

I love #NWAPowerrr it’s a love letter to 70’s and particularly 80’s wrestling, which is when I fell head over heels in love with this colorfully insane beast. The promos, the action, the lack of dives. Ahhhhh. Good job @Billy Good job @Lagana Good job everyone else involved.

Edge himself has been linked to rumors regarding his health after being involved in a physical angle at WWE Summerslam 2019 — the first time that’s happened since he retired years ago.
