Fighters React To Jorge Masvidal Winning BMF Title In Controversial Stoppage Over Nate Diaz At UFC 244
The BMF Title decided in the worst way possible.
The UFC 244 main event between Nate Diaz and Jorge Masvidal was everything advertised for three rounds. And then it was over in the most disappointing way possible. Masvidal opened up a nasty cut near the eye of Diaz in the first round, and despite fighting through the cut for two more rounds, the NYSAC stopped the fight after three rounds. The record books will show a TKO victory for Masvidal, but as you would expect, fellow fighters weren’t happy with how we got there.
