Alexa Bliss Is ‘Feeling A Lot Better’ After A Tumultuous 2018
Throughout the latter half of 2018, Alexa Bliss was frequently battling concussions. The sensitivity of these issues even causedher to miss WWE Evolution, where she would have teamed with Mickey James to face Trish Stratus and Lita.
In a new interview with Sky Sports, Alexa Bliss discusses how she used that time to learn more about concussions and why she feels better now with the information she has been given
“It is definitely something that I am more cautious of but WWE set me up with the best doctors possible, the best neurologists, physiologists, and everyone basically had their hands in on my brain,” stated WWE’s resident Goddess. “I feel a lot better now with the information and the education I was given when it comes to concussions because of what WWE provided for us and I feel a lot better about being in the ring and it makes me appreciate the time in the ring a lot more than maybe I did before.“
Currently, Alexa Bliss is one-half of the WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions with Nikki Cross. They won those championships on the Monday Night Raw before SummerSlam 2019 and have defended the gold a handful of times since then.
